How do I know what your prices are?

Just ask! I’m happy to e-mail a price guide to you.


Will you provide all the services booked?

Absolutely. I will do my best to ensure you get the makeup and hair styling services you want for yourself and designated guests.


How do I know if you are available on the date of my special event?

On receipt of your inquiry, I will send you an e-mail confirming that I am available on your date (or sadly not), as well as my price guide and interactive booking form. Included will be details about the deposit required to secure your date.


How do I make a booking?

3 easy steps: Contact me about availability on your date, complete the interactive booking form and pay your deposit. I will confirm receipt and my availability. Once your deposit is paid, your date and booking is fixed and secured.


Why do you REQUIRE a deposit?

Your deposit is a peace of mind guarantee for both of us that your date and related arrangements are secure.


What happens if there are additional requests from guests for Makeup and Hair Styling on the day of the event?

They are most welcome! Either myself and/or any of my colleagues will personally assist where time allows.


How does payment for additional Makeup and Hair Styling services work?

Easy! Payment can be made on the day via Credit or Debit cards or cash.


What is the purpose of a trial?

You want the best. That needs discussion and planning. A trial serves as a preview of the ‘look’ you want and allows us to tweak and change for best results. You will have confidence and peace of mind for your special occasion. We will also have the opportunity to discuss and finalise additional makeup and hair services required and the time line for the wedding day.


Where will the trial be held and how long will it take?

Trials are completed at a venue of your choice.  A maximum of 2 hours should be allowed for Bridal Makeup. Hair Styling trial requirements will be advised by the Hair Stylist.


When should my trial be?

Ideally at least a month in advance and definitely no later than a week before the Wedding.


What should I bring with to my trial?

A photo of your dress if available and the hairstyle you have in mind. You should have an idea of your planned accessories and any special features you would like to include. Try to wear a top that is similar in colour to your wedding dress so that we can optimize your color matching.  Please wear No Makeup and avoid wet hair. A sample or the name of your favorite lipstick will be helpful.


Do you only do Bridal trials?

No, anyone is welcome to make an appointment for a trial. The price is the same as on the day of the event.


What happens if I have to cancel my trial appointment?

That would be unfortunate because it really is very important. Nonetheless, there may be unforeseen circumstances and cancellations do occur. Do not fret, we will both adjust and you will still get the very best assistance and support on your wedding day.


What happens if I decide to cancel my booking with you after the trial?

That of course is at your discretion. You will unfortunately lose your deposit which is modest anyway.


When will I receive my invoice?

Within 48 hours after the trial is completed.


How does the payment of my invoice work?

Full payment of any outstanding amount is due 72 hours / 3 days prior to the Wedding to allow for bank clearance before the Wedding
